Twice Shy The Band
New York City based electronic rock band Twice Shy is ready to erupt as the next genre-bending, sweet yet sophisticated fusion juggernaut. After spending the last three years developing a floor-shakingly groovy, celestially explorative, and warmly nostalgic sound as the rhythm section for rising stars Maude Latour, Sarah Kinsley, Caroline Sky, and Jackie Marchal, as well as performing under their own name, Twice Shy is looking to leave a definitive mark on music for years to come, to push boundaries as songwriters, improvisers, and entertainers.
For the time being, Twice Shy is a humble operation, playing minor engagements and private parties, drawing large crowds in Central Park. But the ceiling seems to be infinite, as the band shows a remarkable ability to read and respond to the energy of any room, drawing listeners of all kinds into their orbit. Ultimately, the overwhelming response is and has been that the band needs to move into the NYC spotlight and beyond.
